5. HOW TO FIND YOUR PART NUMBER
For Repair and Replacement Services only
1. Please secure the laptop in a well-packed box in order to avoid damages in transit and send it to us with recorded delivery.
2. Please make sure to include the "Repair Form" when sending the Laptop/ Tab to us. It can be downloaded from "DownloadRepair Form & Shipment" icon below.
3. We might be able to fix your Laptop/ Tab the same day we receive it depending on the repair type but please give us 2-3 working days to complete everything and you will be notified.
4. Once the repair is done, you will be notified along with the tracking details. An extra £ 10.00+ VAT will be charged for shipping (Insurance Included).
5. We also offer walk-in's and collection for repairs and replacement services except for purchases, returns and item swap but please contact us first hand for addresses and other details.
All items are inclusive of VAT and cannot be excluded. VAT invoice can be emailed upon requests.
International customers will have to pay all duties and taxes that occur. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected by your country. We do not refund shipping costs for items rejected by your customs.

Royal Mail Overnight Shipping is available only to addresses within the UK. Simply purchase the item you want and select "Express Delivery" at the checkout. Laptop Screens are fragile Items and are dispatched in a specially designed sturdy screen box with Foam for safety. Your item usually ships the same business day (Monday---Friday); if payment is received/cleared before 3:00 PM GMT Time. If payment is received after 3:00 PM GMT, the item will be processed the next business day. Our warehouse is closed on the weekends, so for any auctions won and paid for on the weekend, the order will be processed and shipped first thing Monday morning
All Tracking Details are emailed to the customer to their registered email address online or updated on their order details on . For any reason you do not receive a tracking no please contact us using the "Contact Seller" facility on .
Simple & easy. If within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your item - defective, or unwanted -email us for an RMA No. (ITEM NO ), and ship it back to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund, in full, the price you paid for the item (not including the initial shipping and handling charge). When we handle returns, defective items will be replaced with the same product. If the same product or compatible is not available, you can choose to wait for its arrival, or request a refund.
1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form is required for all return packages. Packages without RMA form will be refused. Please contact us for RMA details before sending items back. 2. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after your package has been delivered for the refund to be issued to your account or replacement to be done. 3. Customers must report to us within 14 business days for DOA or shipping damage issues. All items can be requested for credit within 14 days after the items are received.
4. Dead Pixel Policy: Please note that according to ISO 13406-2 and ISO 9241 Class 1 standards, 2 to 5 Dead Pixels are acceptable on a screen. LCD Screens are manufactured under these norms and they are not considered defective unless they have multiple pixel issues. So when purchasing this item, you agree to this norm.
5. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits or exchanges. Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. Absolutely no walk-in's for returns/ item swap will be accepted at all. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
6. According to "Returning items should be in the same condition as received". 7. Transit Damages: Please don't throw anything away i.e. the packaging material and the box as we will need to file a damage claim. Please contact us when you receive damaged items.
